What are AGVs?

AGV stands for Automatic Guided Vehicle, a type of unmanned conveyor.
We have developed our own AGV, with only the minimum specifications that we require for our purposes, at less cost than those available on the market.

Merits of the AGV

① Avoid safety issues of conveyor vehicles (forklifts)

・Accidents when hitting people
・Damage when hitting products, facilities, equipment

② Reduced manpower requirements　

・No need for forklift operators

③ Environmentally friendly

・Dramatic reduction in power consumption compared to forklifts (both LPG and battery powered)

Introducing AGVs in our company has reduced the number of forklifts and forklift operators.
We are continuing to perform R&D on the vehicles with an eye to bringing them to market in the future.
